Lumeen will equip all French Red Cross nursing homes!

Last month, we were celebrating our first year in business and presented our objective to become the European reference in therapeutic virtual reality. Today, we are happy to announce a major step in this direction: we are going to equip all French Red Cross nursing homes with our virtual reality solution! 🎉
Founded in 1864, many know the French Red Cross for its reputation and commitment. The French Red Cross is also an innovative institution. In 2019, she launched 21, an innovation accelerator which supports numerous social entrepreneurs. In the same year, the band deployed virtual reality to project their nursing students in care situations and improve their learning.

We are grateful that the French Red Cross has chosen to adopt our virtual reality solution in all its nursing homes; and happy to be looking in the same direction as a group of this size. This decision rewards our work and shows that we are on the right track to develop the reference virtual reality solution for the care of the elderly. The 35 Red Cross nursing homes will be a superb testing ground for Lumeen. Our experience in product development and our knowledge of the field will allow us to put in place the right strategy to collect as much feedback as possible and improve our tools.
Delivering 35 nursing homes during the Covid-19 crisis is not going to be an easy task. But rest assured, we have been preparing for months and have put in place production, training and customer follow-up processes. In addition, we have taken precautions and respect a strict protocol to deliver our customers in exemplary hygiene conditions. We are calm and ready to take up this challenge, which will allow us to progress at many levels.
