Yes, we offer demonstrations and a 30-day non-binding hardware trial offer, allowing you to test the solution before purchase.
Yes, the solution is designed to be intuitive. Launching an experience takes less than 10 seconds and is done via a tablet, without any particular technical skills.
Yes, initial training is included, and additional resources are available online (videos, guides, customer support). After the training, we continue to support you to best integrate Lumeen into your practices. You have access to customer service by phone and email available 5 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm.
No, the experiences work without wires or the internet. Everything is integrated into the helmets and the control tablet.
We offer several configurations: from individual kits to collective packs (up to 6 helmets), to adapt to the needs of each structure.
The helmets and tablets provided are sturdy and designed for intensive use in institutions. We ensure their follow-up and renewal if necessary. The equipment purchased is guaranteed for 24 months. In the event of a malfunction, we replace the faulty equipment at no cost.
The subscription includes hardware maintenance, remote technical support, and equipment replacement as required.
