Lumeen has partnered with one of the top teams in the Top 14, united by a shared goal: to bring the excitement of rugby to those who, due to age, disability, or illness, are unable to attend games in person.

Thanks to this initiative, we were able to organize two memorable days of filming.

The first one took us to the heart of the legendary Camp des Loges in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. It was a total immersion in the players’ daily lives: group breakfast, a coaching briefing, physical conditioning, weight training, warm-ups, and then practice on the field. It was a rare, human, and surprisingly moving experience.

The second day, however, had a different feel to it: the feel of the game. Seated at Stade Jean Bouin for a Top 14 match between Stade Français Paris and Castres Olympique, we captured the very essence of rugby: the excitement in the stands, the fans’ chants, the warmth of the crowd, the festivities in the concourses… and, of course, a try in the opening minutes.

Thanks to virtual reality, all rugby fans can now experience these moments as if they were actually there—whether it's during practice or a game.
