In this difficult period, we would first of all like to salute your courage and commitment to ensure the safety and continuity of care and activities for our seniors. A huge congratulations to you!

For our part, we have retained all of our full-time staff. Each member of our team is working from home to serve you best, answer your questions and deliver our solutions to offer moments of escape to fragile people in confinement. We have set up a remote production, training and follow-up process. In addition, we have taken precautions and respect a strict protocol to deliver our customers in exemplary hygiene conditions.

We also want to remind you of good hygiene practices when using Lumeen systems:

➡️ Clean headsets and facial interfaces with disinfectant wipes before and after each use of a virtual reality headset.
➡️ Remember to clean the eye lenses using a microfiber wipe provided in your case to ensure optimal comfort.
